Utility-Food Prep Worker

Responsibilities Assist in food preparation, smoke pit operations, and cooking tasks, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Support menu planning by providing input based on dietary needs and preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment. Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all staff and patrons. Provide assistance during catering events, including setup, serving, and cleanup. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery. Utilize knife skills effectively for food preparation tasks. Ability to lift 50 lb. Skills Previous experience in family dining and/or bar-b-que a plus. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Previous experience in putting up stock a plus. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
