What You'll DoCoordinate interviews across multiple teams and time zones, managing complex calendars with easeServe as a primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a thoughtful and professional candidate experience at our NYC officeManage interview logistics, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow-upsMaintain accurate and up-to-date data in our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby)Support recruiters with job postings, resume reviews, and candidate pipeline managementPartner with hiring managers to ensure interview processes run smoothly and efficientlyAssist with offer coordination, background checks, and onboarding logisticsConduct reference checks for late-stage candidatesHelp improve recruiting operations, processes, and reporting as we scaleWhat we're looking for1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordinationStrong organizational skills and obsessive attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environmentExperience with ATS platforms (Ashby) is a plusInterest in recruiting, people operations, or talent developmentComfortable working with confidential informationNice to have, but not mandatoryExperience in fintech (neobank or card issuing experience gets extra brownie points)Experience with blockchain infrastructureThings that enable a fulfilling, healthy, and happy experience at Rain:Unlimited time offUnlimited vacation can be daunting, so we require Rainmakers to take at least 10 days off.Flexible working We support a flexible workplace.
