Job DetailsDescription1st shift, Monday-Friday 6am-2pmDuties And ResponsibilitiesChecking work order, properly select processed material checking for weight, alloy, size and quality.Proper set-up and operation of an edging machine.In process inspect of material to ensure proper quality is maintained.Identify the correct edging tools to utilize.Run material according to specifications of work order.Check material to ensure customer quality requirements are met.Properly identify all edged material and complete all documentation.May require the repair of minor mechanical problems.Group completed coils together by work order in designated area.Maintain work area in a clean and neat fashion.Math aptitude/setup calculations testingTroubleshoot any issues and concerns.Follow ALL safety protocols for the companyRequired Education And ExperienceEducation and/or experience – High School degree or equivalent preferred. Prior experience or training in a related field or manufacturing environment preferred.Math – Must be able to use and understand simple mathematics, using addition, subtraction, fractions and decimals.
