Overview In this role you will support the Deployable Communications and Information Systems (DCIS) program, ensuring smooth issue resolution, risk management, and quality assurance. You will work with NATO and multinational teams to align capability plans with broader CIS delivery. You will analyze reports, identify gaps, and communicate insights to stakeholders to enable informed decisions. Compensation / Benefitshealth insuranceflexible spending accountshealth savings accountsretirement savings planslife and disability insurancepaid time away from work ResponsibilitiesCapture, assess and communicate changes affecting the program and projectsMaintain program issue logs and track milestonesReview Joint Staff Reports and project specifications for quality and clarityConduct program and project quality reviews and audits using qualitative and quantitative methodsSupport Bi-SCs in capturing Operational LI and identifying capability gapsIdentify and manage program risks; maintain risk log and conduct risk assessmentsReconcile reporting databases to ensure accurate project expendituresCommunicate timely and well-analyzed information to stakeholdersSupport the Program Director and collaborate with DCIS contractors and capability teamsTravel up to 30 days per year as needed Key requirements5+ years in project management for communications or information systems using MSP, PRINCE2, or PMI3+ years managing risks and issues in complex programs3+ years applying change management in capability programs3+ years performing qualitative and quantitative program quality reviews and audits2+ years capturing and interpreting Operational LI and identifying capability gaps3+ years’ experience in a deployable CIS, Signals, or related SME role3+ years in a NATO or multinational military environmentActive NATO or National Secret clearanceValid NATO Nation passport with no NATO travel restrictionsAbility to work fully onsite as requiredstrong communication and reporting skillscollaborative cross-team workanalytical thinking and problem-solvingMSPPRINCE2PMI methodologies
