In this position, you will be responsible for using high-quality, farm fresh, gmo-free and locally sourced ingredients to prepare delicious meals for our customers. The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and committed to creating an excellent experience for patrons, follows recipes, keeps consistent plates, and works well in a team environment. If you have a passion for creating meals, we want to hear from you.Duties and Responsibilities:Morning shifts with lunch lineSet up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipmentMaintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessaryFollow all food safety regulationsParticipate in daily kitchen opening and closing proceduresPerforms other duties as assigned by the head chef or management Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role is preferredServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification preferredKnowledge of culinary techniques and recipesAbility to remain calm and thrive under pressureExcellent time management skillsAbility to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 poundsReliable
