If you're already credentialed and looking for a company that values your work, treats you like a professional, and pays accordingly.About the roleYou'll work directly with kids and adolescents, implementing individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).What you'll doDeliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in client homes and community settingsImplement treatment plans designed by your BCBA and Program SupervisorCollect and submit clean session dataCommunicate regularly with supervising BCBA and family membersMaintain professional, supportive relationships with clients and caregiversWhat we're looking forActive RBT certification (Nice to have)Reliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseAvailable Monday through Friday, between 3 PM to 7 PM (at least 3 days of the week)Strong communication and a genuine love for working with kidsComfort using digital tools for data collection and schedulingHigh school diploma required; Bachelor's in psychology, education, or related field a plusWhy Behavia TherapyWe're a growing ABA company built by clinicians who care about doing this work the right way.
