This position supports the HR team by managing employee relations issues, assisting with HR programs, and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements. The role involves collaboration with leaders, employees, and HR Business Partners to resolve conflicts, improve engagement, and maintain organizational effectiveness.Your Key ContributionsResponsible for supporting a positive workplace culture by managing employee relations issues, assisting with HR programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.Conduct thorough, timely investigations into employee concerns and policy violations; evaluate findings, determine appropriate outcomes, and ensure accurate, compliant documentation in accordance with employment laws and company policy.Provide guidance on conflict resolution and mediate disputes, counseling, corrective action and documentation process and employment terminations.Assist with new leader onboarding and orientation programs.Support HR Managers with performance management, retention strategies, and reporting.Coordinate ADA accommodations. LOA and participate in Workers' Compensation hearings, collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure compliant and timely resolution.Identify policy gaps and assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.Manage background check adjudication and maintain proper documentation.Assist in planning and facilitating employee trainings and leadership meetings.Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through conflict strategy mediation.Proactively identify areas for improvement with the onboarding process, content localization, and tools to elevate effectiveness and efficiency.Maintain accurate metrics tracking for employee relations cases, performance trends, and retention data.Prepare reports for leadership on ER trends, compliance, and workforce analytics.What Makes You a Great FitBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.3-6+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee retention, compliance, and HR analytics.SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferredBilingual – English and Spanish highly preferredDecision Quality – Makes timely, well-reasoned decisions on investigations, corrective actions, and ER outcomesCollaborates – Partners effectively with HRBPs, leaders, legal/compliance stakeholdersBeing Resilient – Maintains professionalism and steadiness during emotionally charged or high-risk situationsPlans and Aligns – Manages multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities effectivelyCommunicates Effectively – Delivers clear, appropriate guidance to leaders and employees across varying situationsCommunicates clearly and effectively with employees and leaders; facilitates conflict resolution and difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.Works collaboratively with HR Managers and leaders to provide guidance, recommendations, and aligned employee relations outcomes.Applies knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, ADA accommodations, and corrective action practices to ensure compliance and minimize organizational risk.Maintains accurate documentation and uses standard HR systems and Microsoft Office tools effectively; bilingual capability preferred.Flexibility to travel (domestic) to multi-site operations and work different shifts, per business need.Work ScheduleMonday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Columbus Dublin time.How You'll BenefitLisinski Law Firm provides a comprehensive benefits package that supports the diverse needs of our employees and their families.
