This role is responsible for leading all maintenance operations within the facility, overseeing technicians, managing repair activities, and ensuring all equipment and building systems run safely and efficiently. Apply online and advance your maintenance career today!Pay, Schedule, and LocationFull benefits package including medical, dental, and visionSchedule varies based on operational needs; weekend availability required24/7 operation with schedules determined by volume (facility closed only three days per year)Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring proper task assignments, shift coverage, and daily workflow executionOversee all maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment optimizationManage facility systems, industrial equipment, and essential infrastructure to maintain maximum equipment uptimeImplement and monitor maintenance programs using work order systems such as Service Channel or similarPlan, schedule, and manage onsite maintenance projects, vendor work, and major repairs; ensure timely completion and qualityMaintain maintenance records, inspections, compliance documentation, and asset tracking logsConduct hands-on inspections, diagnose issues, and guide technicians through complex repairs when neededEnforce all OSHA, company, and regulatory safety standardsSupport budgeting for maintenance operations, including spare parts procurement, vendor management, and cost-control initiativesTrain, coach, and develop maintenance staff to ensure technical competency and strong performanceServe as the primary point of contact for facility emergencies, escalations, and after-hours maintenance issuesCollaborate with operations leadership to support production goals, equipment upgrades, and facility improvement projectsRequirements and QualificationsExperience leading maintenance teams in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environmentsStrong mechanical aptitude with deep understanding of industrial equipment, facility systems, and maintenance best practicesProficiency with maintenance software, work order tools, and WMS platformsExcellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop techniciansSome college coursework preferred; equivalent technical/maintenance leadership experience consideredAbility to lift 30 lbs and perform walking, standing, and facility walkthroughsComfortable working in environments with varying temperaturesAbility to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and respond to emergencies as neededABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNELDo you need your next job fast?
