As a Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operation of Salesforce applications within our organization. Responsibilities: -Provide technical support to users, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems related to Salesforce applications. -Analyze and debug issues in Salesforce applications, identify root causes, and implement necessary fixes and enhancements. -Collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand their requirements, challenges, and pain points, and provide effective solutions and workarounds. -Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency in Salesforce applications. -Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, workflows, and validation rules to meet user requirements and resolve issues. -Utilize declarative tools, such as Process Builder, Flows, and Lightning App Builder, to make necessary changes and enhancements. -Collaborate with the DevOps team to implement best practices for version control, continuous integration, and deployment of Salesforce applications. -Collaborate with other teams, such as development and integration teams, to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce integrations and extensions. -Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures, to facilitate user self-support and knowledge sharing. -Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to effectively support and troubleshoot Salesforce applications. -Act as a liaison between users and technical teams, effectively communicating user requirements, feedback, and issues to facilitate timely resolutions. Requirements: -Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification. -Proven experience in providing technical support and debugging issues in Salesforce applications. -Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data model, and security model. -Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including workflow rules, validation rules, page layouts, and custom object development. -Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs to perform debugging and issue resolution. -Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web services (SOAP/REST) to support integrations. -Solid understanding of relational databases and data management concepts. -Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices and tools to support continuous integration and deployment. -Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce applications. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. -Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing excellent user support and satisfaction-English Level C1 or above Preferred Qualifications: -Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certification. -Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Salesforce DX. -Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
