Overview AmeriWater is a long-established industry leader in the design, manufacture, installation and supply of water purification systems and services for dialysis, industrial and healthcare applications. We are looking for aAccounting Coordinatorto join our growing team in Dayton, Ohio!Onsite: Dayton, Ohio 45414 Primary Responsibilities Customer InvoicingPrepare, review and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.Verify billing data, pricing and supporting documentation prior to invoicing.Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts and tax requirements.Administer all aspects of water testing invoicing process.Process credit memos and billing adjustments as needed.Maintain organized and up-to-date invoice records.Accounts Receivable SupportMonitor accounts receivable aging reports.Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment status.Accounting & Administrative SupportAssist with month-end closing activities related to receivables.Reconcile customer accounts and prepare statements.Support audits by providing required documentation.Customer Service SupportProvide Customer Service Support:Fill-in during staff absences - breaks and vacationAnswer customer calls and emailsEnter customer ordersRequirements Education & ExperienceHigh School Diploma required.Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred.Minimum of two (2) years of related experience.Skills & AttributesHigh level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.Self-motivated, organized, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP systems a plus.Licenses & CertificationsNoneBenefits401(k)Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceHSA with Employer ContributionEmployee Assistance ProgramLife insuranceCompany Paid Short-term and Long-term DisabilityPaid time offAmeriWater is an Equal Opportunity Employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
