You'll own the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, close, and ongoing account growth. You'll work across our target verticals, building long-term relationships with brands that care how they show up in the world. A key part of this role is understanding a client's broader marketing strategy and articulating how physical brand touchpoints support their goals. You'll collaborate with the creative and production team to develop tailored proposals, maintain pipeline activity in commonsku, and show up for every client like a partner, not a vendor.QualificationsProven B2B sales experience, ideally in branded merchandise, marketing services, or a creative industryConsultative approach: you ask good questions, listen well, and sell without sounding like you're sellingAbility to understand a brand's identity and marketing strategy and speak to it fluently in a sales conversationStrong written and verbal communication across every stage of the client relationshipComfortable managing both new business development and existing account growthSelf-directed with reliable follow-through, you manage your pipeline and your timeExperience with order management or CRM platforms is a plus (we use commonsku and vryno)Genuine appreciation for design, quality, and the brands we work withSubmit your application here: https://forms.gle/UD5gKpAMJLa9PVmP8
