If you’re drawn to thoughtful design, strong relationships, and a culture that supports growth (and celebrates wins along the way), we’d love to connect.Explore our open roles and apply today—let’s build what’s next, together.We are looking for a talented and experienced Interiors Project Manager in our Raleigh office.Day To Day ResponsibilitiesOversee Interiors Group operations, ensuring growth, profitability, and design excellenceFoster a collaborative, innovative design culture across the firmProvide firm-wide QA/QC leadership, maintaining high standards in all project phasesManage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and resource allocationServe as Project Manager on select projects, ensuring efficiency and qualityOversee design standards, documentation, and proposal developmentMentor and develop staff, fostering a strong, engaged teamLead hiring, performance reviews, and retention strategies with leadershipMaintain and expand client relationships; attend key meetings and presentationsCollaborate with Marketing to develop business growth initiatives and brandingEngage in industry organizations and networking events to elevate firm visibilityMonitor Interiors Group financials, profitability, and project pipelineOversee team structure, PTO approvals, and performance managementPerform other duties as neededWhat We Look ForBachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited college or university is mandatoryNCIDQ certification preferredMinimum nine (9) years of design experienceExperience in all aspects of the Design/Contract Documentation/Contract Administration processProficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite and ExcelKnowledge of Lumion preferredStrong graphic, visualization, and presentation skillsExcellent verbal, written and communication skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyPortfolio submission requiredWe offer a full benefits package that include medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, supplementary insurance, flexible spending, and 401k with employer contribution.
