Senior Distinguished AI Engineer

This organization is dedicated to creating responsible and reliable AI systems, delivering real-time, personalized customer interactions, and building world-class applied science and engineering teams.The Role Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that enhance associate workflows and customer interactions. Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components, including foundation model training and LLM inference. Leverage a broad stack of Open Source and SaaS AI technologies such as AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, and PyTorch. Invent and introduce state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques to improve performance of large-scale production AI systems. Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap of foundational AI systems.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with at least 10 years of experience in AI/ML development, or a Master's with at least 8 years. At least 10 years of experience programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java. Experience deploying scalable and responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or equivalent). Demonstrated ability to architect, design, develop, integrate, and support complex enterprise AI systems. Strong foundation in engineering and mathematics, with expertise in optimizing hardware, software, and AI systems.
