Logistics Manager

The Logistics Systems & Track and Trace Manager is responsible for overseeing the real-time visibility, monitoring, and exception management of inbound\outbound shipments. This role is dedicated to monitoring freight movement across multiple modes, ensuring carriers adhere to schedule milestones, and proactively resolving transit delays, and serve as the system manager for our transportation management system and multi-carrier shipping software. This role requires a unique blend of daily operational urgency, relationship management, and technical software proficiency to ensure seamless freight execution and data integrity. Qualifications & Skills Problem Solving & Urgency: Proven ability to work under pressure, manage real-time operational issues, and make quick, data-driven decisions to resolve transit delays. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships and collaborate with cross-functional corporate teams. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) Experience & Education Leadership/Ownership: 1–2 years of experience managing a small team Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Information Systems (or equivalent hands-on experience).
