Hands-on role responsible for maintaining, organizing, and preparing construction equipment and tooling to support daily operations and deliveries.ResponsibilitiesI nventory and Staging: Organize the yard, maintain accurate inventory, stage equipment for upcoming deliveries, and assist drivers with safe loading/unloading. Quality Assurance: Verify incoming and outgoing delivery tickets, document damages, and confirm all gear meets safety and compliance standards. Receive all shipments and route them to the correct location. Yard Safety and Maintenance: Keep the yard clean, organized, and hazard-free; set up clear walkways and storage zones; safely operate forklifts, and other construction equipment QualificationsExperience in a construction, rental yard, warehouse, or logistics environment.Basic computer skills for inventory systems and ticketing.Bilingual in English and Spanish.
