A high-End Investment firm is seeking an Assistant Fund Controller. Perks include including above market pay-rates, top-tier health benefits, plenty of work from home flexibility, and other unique perks that their top competitors can't to provide.Responsibilities:Produce/review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for various entities and stakeholdersMaintain supporting schedules and workpapers to substantiate certain accounts and transactionsPerform financial planning deliverables including budgeting and forecasting - handles portfolio budgets, forecasts, and reports for clients/investors.Management of our quarterly reporting and annual GAAP reporting, including hands-on coordination and in-depth review of deliverables with our external administrators and our auditors such as management fees and waterfall calculationsMonitors financial performance and provides strategic advice to the leadership team.Assist in managing overall fund liquidity, including daily cash management and projections, investor capital calls and distributions, and day-to-day management of credit facilities with banks.Reviews periodic P&L calculations at the fund and investor levels.Handles and operates the treasury/cash management function.Prepare/review audit and tax support as neededAssist with investor relations and due diligence requestsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA a plus6+ years of experience in fund accountingAdvanced Excel skills and analytical reasoning skillsTo apply to this hybrid Assistant Fund Controller role please send your resume to john.sadofsky@roberthalf.c0mOur specialized recruiting professionals apply their expertise and utilize our proprietary AI to find you great job matches faster.
