In this role, you will inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair a diverse fleet of heavy equipment and vehicles supporting energy and construction operations.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systemsPerform routine maintenance and inspectionsTroubleshoot equipment issues in shop and field environmentsEnsure safe and efficient operation of all equipmentFollow and enforce safety protocols and standardsQualifications:3+ years of experience as a heavy equipment or diesel mechanicStrong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systemsExperience with construction equipment preferredAbility to read service manuals and schematicsValid driver's license (CDL preferred)Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skillsTeam-oriented with solid communication skillsPreferred Skills:Experience with diagnostic software (CAT ET, Cummins INSITE, etc.)Welding and fabrication experienceField service/mobile mechanic backgroundFamiliarity with fleet maintenance systemsWork Environment:Combination of shop and field workOutdoor conditions and physically demanding tasksWork Environment/Physical Demands:Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.Walking the length of the pipeline projects is required, on uneven groundWork may be performed indoors and outdoors in extremeCompensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)Overtime opportunitiesHealth benefitsPaid time offCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesIt is the continuing policy of EES to afford equal opportunities for all qualified persons, regardless of their race, creed, color, age, sex, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, disability, medical condition, marital status, veteran status, or any other protected class at the local, state, or federal level.
