Description:Kitchen ManagerThis position is responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff to meet company standards and execute efficient restaurant operationsWork schedule includes days, nights, holidays, and weekendsReports to General ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our team in delivering an exceptional hospitality and culinary experience. Kitchen Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing all back-of-house and daily restaurant operations, maintain food quality and consistency, manage costs, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and inspire your team to deliver excellence. Strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to hospitality and culinary excellence are essential.ResponsibilitiesArrive on time and prepared, maintaining professional appearance standards.Lead by example and foster a positive, team-oriented culture.Provide coaching, training, feedback, recognition, and corrective action when necessary.Participate in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations.Develop team members for future leadership opportunities.Hold team accountable for performance, attitude, behavior, and adherence to company systems and service standards.Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.Assist with menu rollouts and recipe standardization.Maintain excellence in execution during all service periods.Resolve guest and kitchen-related concerns promptly and professionally.Continuously identify opportunities to improve the guest experience.Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.Maintain full compliance with health department regulations and ServSafe standards.
