Injection Molding Process Technician (1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift)Bardot Plastics, Easton, PA 18045Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Shift DifferentialAbout the RoleWe are seeking experienced Injection Molding Process Technicians to support our multi-shift manufacturing operation. This role is critical to ensuring consistent part quality, efficient cycle times, and stable processing across a wide range of materials and tooling.Openings are available for:1st Shift2nd Shift3rd ShiftThis is a hands-on position, ideal for individuals who take pride in troubleshooting, process optimization, and maintaining high production standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, start up, and troubleshoot injection molding machines and processesEstablish and maintain robust, repeatable processesMonitor part quality and make process adjustments as neededOptimize cycle times while maintaining quality standardsWork with a variety of materials, including PP, ABS, HDPE, Nylon, and engineered resinsIdentify and resolve molding defects (warp, sink, burn, short shots, etc.)Perform mold changes and assist with preventive maintenanceDocument and update process parameters and setup sheetsCollaborate with supervisors, QC, and maintenance teamsSupport continuous improvement initiatives on the production floorQualifications3+ years of injection molding processing experience (required)Strong troubleshooting skills; experience with scientific molding principles preferredExperience with a variety of presses (50-700+ ton range is a plus)Ability to read and understand process sheets and work instructionsKnowledge of material behavior and processing windowsComfortable working independently on off shiftsMechanical aptitude and attention to detailCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly rate based on experienceShift differential for 2nd and 3rd shiftsOvertime opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401(k) with company matchStable, growing company with long-term opportunityWhy Join UsWell-established injection molding operation with modern equipmentTeam-oriented environment with strong leadership supportOpportunity to make a direct impact on production and qualityGrowth potential into senior technical or supervisory rolesApply TodayIf you are a skilled process technician who enjoys solving problems and keeping production running at peak performance, we want to hear from you.Located in Easton, PA, Bardot Plastics LLC is part of the New Pendulum group of companies.
