This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to excellent service.Primary Responsibilities:Beverage PreparationGreet customers and provide outstanding customer servicesCraft high-quality espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beveragesEnsure consistency in drink preparation following company recipes and standardsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee stationReceive and process payments via credit cardStore Cleanliness & MaintenanceClean and sanitize counters, equipment, and customer areas throughout the shiftSweep and mop to maintain a clean space for guestEnsure proper upkeep of workstations, utensils, and storage areasFollow health and safety guidelines for food handlingSecondary Responsibilities:Serve and prepare food, avocado toast, pastries and muffinsPrepare avocado toast and other light food items following company recipesEnsure food quality and freshness while maintaining cleanliness standardsAssist with general cleaning, including taking out trash and maintaining store hygieneRestock ingredients and supplies as neededSupport other team members to ensure smooth store operationsDeliver food and drink orders from the counter to customers promptly and accuratelyAssist with restocking supplies (cups, lids, milk, pastries, condiments, etc.)Keep the front-of-house and back-of-house areas clean and organizedClear and wipe down tables, return dishes to the kitchen, and reset dining areasSupport baristas and kitchen staff during peak hoursHelp manage to-go and delivery orders as neededRequirementsHigh school diploma: relevant training is a plusA naturally positive attitude and a genuine love for connecting with peoplePrevious work experience as a Barista or Customer ServiceKnowledge of sanitation regulationsBasic math skillsAbility to gauge customers' preferencesExcellent communication skillsFlexibility to work various shifts, holidays and weekendsFood handler certificationPhysical Requirements: This position requires a combination of physical tasks to perform duties effectively, including:Standing (90%) Extended periods throughout the shiftWalking (15%) Assisting team members and customers within the cafBending/Reaching (20%) Retrieving products, stocking shelves, and cleaning workspacesLifting/Carrying (20%) Carrying objects up to 25 lbs., including supplies and inventoryReaching (3%) Accessing storage areas above shoulder levelBenefits & Perks:Dental and VisionCompany discountInternal growth opportunitiesPaid Holidays
