Accounts Payable Supervisor

Title: Accounts Payable SupervisorReports To: Accounting ManagerLocation: Lawrence, MA (Boston Area), with some remote flexibilityWhat You'll Do:The following responsibilities will be prioritized based on the current needs of the business:The Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for full cycle Accounts Payable processing:Review invoices and check requests for accuracy, legitimacy, coding, supporting documentation and proper authorization prior to processingOversee Accounts Payable team’s responsibilities and duties.Enter invoices and check requests into Microsoft Dynamics 365 accounts payable module in a timely manner, ensuring proper allocation to cost centersPrepare Open Payables report and submit it to Accounting Manager for approval prior to processing weekly check runsExtract and build the month end AP accrual.Manage reconciliation process of company credit card statements with employee expense report activity, ensuring supporting documentation is complete, appropriate and accurately codedProcess check runs, match invoices to checks, obtain signatures and distribute/mail vendor checksFile paid invoices with check copies and supporting documentation upon completion of check runsRegularly monitor vendor accounts to ensure payments are currentMaintain current W-9 information for all active vendors; process and distribute year-end 1099’sRespond to, and resolve, all vendor inquiries such as payment status of invoices, unpaid invoices, unapplied credits and invoice discrepanciesMaintain vendor information in Microsoft Dynamics 365, entering new vendors and updating active vendorsManage distribution of incoming mailVarious ad-hoc reports, analysis and projectsCross-train to act as backup to the other finance staffWho You Are: Must have 5 years in previous Accounts Payable manager positionMust be detailed oriented with strong organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft ExcelAbility to work in a high-volume environmentAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalismStampli experience is a plusMicrosoft Dynamics 365 experience is a plusBenefitsHealth benefits are available upon start date.Free Subscription to First Stop Health; receive ongoing care from doctors and prescribers through easy telehealth services.Up to 75% discount on your child's tuition (Option for the initial $5,000 of tuition to be taken out of your paycheck before taxes through payroll deductions.)Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and pet insurance.401k with company match.Tuition reimbursement.Career advancement and coaching.Additional Paid Time off and Holidays.Referral Program. #LI-HYBRIDWe’re Growing!Little Sprouts LLC is a subsidiary of Babilou Family, the largest childcare and early education group in Europe.
