This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of architecture, coding, and innovation.Key Responsibilities:Architect and lead the end-to-end development of GenAI applications, ML models, and scalable systemsDesign and implement API architectures, data pipelines, and cloud-native solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams across AI/ML, data engineering, and DevOpsDrive technical decision-making for scalable, secure, and high-performance solutionsStay hands-on with coding, design reviews, and problem-solvingLead and mentor engineering teams in delivering high-quality solutionsRequired Experience:8+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership roleStrong experience in building large-scale systems (GenAI, ML pipelines, APIs, cloud apps)Programming expertise in Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar backend technologiesExperience with REST APIs, GraphQLHands-on with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, spaCyProven experience integrating ML models into GenAI applicationsStrong background in GCP, Data Engineering, and DevOpsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology (or equivalent)Total Experience: 11+ yearsPrimary Skill: Artificial Intelligence / GenAI
