Candidate must have deep experience in Claims lifecycle and workflows. The role requires strong expertise in business architecture, DCO sessions, and BPM applications, with a focus on using out-of-the-box features and minimizing custom development.Experience Required 12+ years of total IT experience 5+ years of experience in Insurance domain on Pega projects.Strong hands-on experience in Claims (mandatory).Experience working on Pega Infinity (including Constellation) CBA or CDA certification preferred.Key Responsibilities:Strong understanding of Pega DCO features and BPM applications to guide business users effectively from the first interaction.Lead and manage DCO sessions with SMEs Understand business problems and recommend the best solutions using Pega capabilities.Design solutions using out-of-the-box features and minimize custom coding Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, create prototypes/wireframes, and align business requirements with implementation Coordinate with client teams and offshore development/testing teams.Define process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.Develop detailed user stories Drive process improvements and measure efficiency using KPIs.Provide reporting and dashboards using Pega out-of-the-box features Additional Key Expectations (Panel Inputs): Strong experience in designing end-to-end Claims lifecycle workflows (claim submission, validation, adjudication, payment, and post-claim activities).Experience in designing business solutions using Pega Infinity.Hands-on experience with Pega Blueprint for application design and requirement gathering.Experience working as a Business Analyst on Pega projects.Exposure to Constellation framework Strong domain experience in Insurance (Claims-focused).If you find yourself suitable for this position, kindly send your updated resume and expected hourly rate to ranjitnair at sensiple dot comRegardsRanjit Nair | Sensiple Inc.,ranjitnair at sensiple dot com555 US Highway 1 S, Ste 330 Iselin, NJ 08830Sensiple, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to gender, race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, veteran or disability status.
