Do you want to join us?Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesOwn and manage 5-10 enterprise customer relationships from a technical perspectiveAct as trusted advisor for platform usage, integration best practices, and architecture decisionsTranslate complex customer requirements into actionable feature requests and influence the product roadmapMap business needs to product features and drive proactive adoptionCoordinate technical escalations with solution engineering, support, and product teamsLead technical QBRs, integration reviews, and roadmap alignment workshopsMonitor platform health, usage, and KPIs, recommending improvementsQualificationsRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar experience5+ years in enterprise e-commerce, SaaS platforms, or digital consultingProven experience in technical customer-facing roles such as TAM, Solution Architect, or Senior ConsultantDeep understanding of e-commerce architectures including Storefronts, APIs, OMS, PIM, CMS, ERP integrationsFamiliarity with headless commerce and MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native)Strong skills in reading architecture diagrams, API documentation, and working with REST, GraphQL, and webhooksExperience with platform migrations, pre-/post-sales consulting, and familiarity with SCAYLE, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, CommerceTools, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), or Shopify Plus is a plusAdditional InformationYOU ARE THE CORE OF OUR COMPANYWe take responsibility for creating an inclusive and exceptional environment where all genders, nationalities and ethnicities feel welcomed and accepted exactly as they are.
