Beverage Specialist / Bartender (Fine Dining & Seasonal Rooftop Bar) The Station 100 is seeking a skilled and service-driven Beverage Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who is equally comfortable delivering elevated beverage service in a fine-dining environment and crafting cocktails behind the bar when our seasonal rooftop reopens in the spring. About the Role: This is a dynamic position that blends refined table-side beverage service with hands-on bartending. During regular service, you will support our dining room with wine, cocktails, and spirit knowledge appropriate for a high-end restaurant setting. When the rooftop bar is in season, this role transitions into a full bartending position, serving guests in a lively, high-energy atmosphere.
