Who are we looking for … Uncle Ray’s Is looking for an Auto Case Pack Operator in our Montgomery City MO facility to support our growing production packaging team. We’re looking for a candidate who has enthusiasm for learning new skills and helping people, as well as expertise in operating auto case packers. As an Auto Case Pack Operator, you will work closely with Production Management, Quality Assurance Team members and Packaging/Processing Team members. A day in the life of Auto Case Pack(ACP) Operator may look like … Set up and prepare automated case packing equipment according to production requirements. Aptitude to find opportunities to meet changing manufacturing needs. Focusing on communication skills to be able to provide and receive work instructions. Daily documentation processing Utilization of dexterity to stack cases up to 100 inches high while climbing a step ladder. Work at a fast pace to manually pack while keeping product facing the appropriate direction while standing in one spot. Thinking quickly on your feet, Making adjustments to maintain continuous production flow. Finding your inner skillfulness to maintain a clean workspace and assist with clean up at the end of your shift. The Auto Case Pack (ACP) Operator should have at least one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing is preferred). Physical Requirements: Must be able to comply with the physical demands of constantly lifting and moving finished product by hand. Ability to lift 40+ lbs. on a regular basis, and occasionally be able to lift/move more than 50+ lbs. with mechanical or peer assistance.
