Job Title: Warehouse Associate Smithfield, RI Rate: $20-22 Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day warehouse operations, including material handling, order processing, and shipping functions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be safety-focused, and bring hands-on experience with equipment and measurement tools. Must Have 4+ years of Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficientlyPerform accurate measuring and cutting of materials based on job specificationsRead and interpret a tape measure with precision for cutting and assembly tasksPick, pack, and prepare orders for shipmentUtilize shipping systems (WMS, UPS/FedEx portals, or similar platforms) to process outbound shipmentsVerify incoming and outgoing products for accuracy and qualityMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentCollaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals5–7 years of warehouse experience requiredPrior forklift experience (certification preferred)Strong ability to read a tape measure and perform accurate measurementsExperience with measuring and cutting materials in a warehouse or production environmentFamiliarity with shipping systems / warehouse management systems (WMS)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyExperience in a manufacturing or distribution settingBasic computer skills for data entry and system navigationStrong work ethic and reliabilityFast-paced warehouse environmentExposure to standard warehouse equipment and conditionsRequires standing, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout shift
