You will develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, utilize rehabilitation equipment including splints, orthoses, prostheses, wheelchairs, and modalities and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This position emphasizes direct patient interaction and requires attention to detail, empathy, and professional integrity.Required Skills:Valid PT license and current state licensureHome health certified or eligibleProven experience in providing physical therapy services in a home health settingStrong knowledge of rehabilitation equipment and modalitiesExcellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skillsAbility to work independently and manage a caseload efficientlyReliable, adaptable, and detail-orientedNice to Have Skills:Bilingual abilities or additional languagesExperience with telehealth approachesFamiliarity with electronic health records (EHR) systemsCertification in specialized therapy modalitiesPreferred Education and Experience:Bachelor s or Master s degree in Physical TherapyPrior experience in home health or outpatient rehabilitation environmentsAt least 1 year of clinical practice as a licensed PTOther Requirements:Must be able to travel within assigned service areasAvailability to work flexible daytime hoursAbility to provide documentation of licensure and certificationsWillingness to comply with all safety, privacy, and health regulationsThis is a fantastic opportunity to earn $60.30 per hour while providing impactful care in a dynamic environment.
