A company is looking for a Staff Developer Success Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Assist users in deploying and scaling Temporal in cloud-native environments while troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues
Develop observability solutions and automate infrastructure operations to enhance performance and reliability
Engage with developers and engineering teams to provide solutions that improve scalability and performance
Required Qualifications
9+ years of experience as a developer, with proficiency in Python, Java, Golang, or TypeScript
Experience managing medium to large-scale architectures, such as Kubernetes or Docker
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana
Minimum of one year in a customer-facing role
Experience working with remote teams
