Our commitment to quality and innovation has made us a trusted partner in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises.Ideal CandidateDemonstrates leadership qualities and a team-oriented mindset.Shows initiative, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.Adaptable to new technologies and eager to engage in continuous learning.Has a clean, neat professional appearance and conducts themselves in a manner that reflects positively on the company.ResponsibilitiesPerform installations, servicing, and maintenance of locks, door hardware, access control systems, and automatic door operators for commercial and institutional facilities.Conduct thorough security assessments for clients and recommend appropriate security enhancements.Master keying, re-keying, and setting up complex locking mechanisms tailored to client needs.Engage in troubleshooting and repair of low-voltage electronic hardware and security systems.Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and best practices.Keep detailed records of service calls, installations, and inventory management.QualificationsProven experience as a locksmith, with a minimum of 3 years in commercial and institutional settings preferred.Valid locksmith license and clean driving record. Must be able to pass a drug test.Proficient in advanced lock systems, door hardware, and electronic security solutions.Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.Must own a professional set of locksmith tools.Professional references are required.ProficienciesBasic commercial locksmith skills and low-voltage electronic hardware diagnostics.Master keying, including high security, I/C, wafer, and padlock systems.Experience in all aspects of commercial hardware installation and door/frame installations.Basic safe repair and maintenance expertise.Familiarity with access control systems and automatic door operator repair and installation is advantageous.BenefitsPaid VacationSick DaysHolidaysMedical Benefit optionsSalary Commensurate with Skill Level and Ability
