Acquisition Specialist

Acquisition SpecialistThis position will provide support to Space Systems Command (SSC) by providing acquisition SME advice and support to the FOG and understanding the SSC organization and external organizations that SSC works with daily. This expertise will be used in execution of all program office Executive Support tasks. Primary responsibilities include preparing reports, papers and briefings, FOG executive support, and recording results of activities. Minimum QualificationsTo qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements: Active DoD Secret security clearance Master's degree Fifteen years in DoD executive program management, business management, acquisitions (non-contracting), or operations Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMT 3400 or higher (or predecessors) Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. Physical DemandsMust be able to operate a computer and other standard office equipment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position, 80%. Compensation / Salary RangeBTAS adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc. Salary Range: $145,000 - $170,000 USD.
