Manage the sales performance analysis, communication between units, and customer satisfaction surveys.Responsibilities:The Sales Development Representative supports the outside sales team and manages proactive marketing, lead generation and follow-up; sales coordination and customer satisfaction activities.Responsibilities of the Sales Development Representative include, but are not limited to:Sales coordination responsibilities:Manage the equipment sales administrationManages CRM and ERP systems coordinationManages OS account lists on business systemsTracks activity and revenue at target accountsGenerates Monthly Sales Reports (Bookings, Invoicing, etc.)Generates sales charts for posting (Salesmen Performance, # of PM contracts, etc.)Generates special sales reports for management as neededCoordinates communication between business unit / OS / ISManages administration of sales blitzDevelops tracking procedures to include log in, assignment, follow upFollows Leads from Cradle to Grave and tracks resultsManages monthly customer satisfaction surveysMarketing responsibilities:Seminars, advertising and coordinationCoordinate customer and employee social eventsSupports social media advertising and promotionTargeted direct mail campaigns & sales blitzE-mail marketing campaignManages manufacturers co-op fundsManages all marketing efforts related to aboveQualifications of the Sales Development Representative include, but are not limited to:3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales and/or MarketingStrong knowledge of Windows based programsPossess organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledgeable with CRM and business enterprise software systems, update and maintain systems with new sales informationMeet deadlines and keep commitments consistentlyBroad knowledge and experience in the industryExcellent skills in both verbal and written communicationAbility to work both independently and within a teamAcceptance driving record according to company guidelinesAdditional Information:Physical Demand: N/AWorking Conditions: Office EnvironmentTraining/Certifications: N/AShift Time/Overtime: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pmTravel: Some drivingEducation: Bachelor's Degree#LI-YH1 #zryhLocation: USA:TX:HoustonDXP is always looking for individuals who want to join a team of employees who have the desire to achieve remarkable accomplishments together.
