We pride ourselves on our velocity, intellectual rigor, and efficiency.Nelo has offices in Mexico City and New York City.Senior Marketing ManagerWe're looking for a Senior Marketer to help Nelo become a household name in Mexico. We have deep product-market fit: millions of customers, $75M in revenue, 45 employees, and we have been profitable for the last 2 years. We'll double again this year. We're looking for someone to build the brand, tell our story, and make Nelo the name Mexican consumers trust.As a Senior Marketer at Nelo, you will:Own brand strategy and positioning - define how Nelo shows up in the worldBuild and execute influencer and creator campaigns that drive awareness and trustLead product marketing - launch communications, feature storytelling, and customer educationDefine and execute PR strategyPartner closely with product and growth teams to translate what we build into stories people care aboutThis is a rare opportunity. We've already built a product customers love - retention and NPS prove it. Your job is to make sure the world knows who Nelo is and what we stand for.About youStrong brand and storytelling instincts. You know how to build a brand that people remember and trust. You've done it before.Influencer and creator expertise. You've built successful influencer programs. You know how to find the right partners, structure deals, and measure what's working.Mexico market expertise. You understand Mexican consumers - what builds trust, what makes them share, what resonates culturally. Spanish fluency required.AI-native. You use AI tools daily to move faster. You're excited about how AI changes what's possible in marketing.Founder mentality. You take ownership as if it were your company. You're resourceful, scrappy, and despise bureaucracy.Realistically, you'll need 6+ years of marketing experience with meaningful time in brand, product marketing, or influencer roles. Fintech or consumer experience is a major plus.Location: Mexico City (strongly preferred) or NYC.
