Bilingual Inside Sales Advisor
A company is looking for a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (English/Spanish).
Key Responsibilities
Make 120-200 outbound calls daily to prospective students
Conduct phone consultations to identify goals and recommend training programs
Manage sales pipeline through a CRM and consistently meet enrollment targets
Required Qualifications
1+ years of phone-based inside sales experience in a quota-driven environment
Demonstrated ability to sustain high activity levels (120-200+ dials per day)
Experience in short-cycle or one-call closes (same day to 7 days)
Comfort working shift-based schedules in a fully remote setup
Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
