We seek individuals with a warm attitude, polished appearance, and a commitment to excellence to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.Key Responsibilities:Guest Interaction:Greet and welcome all arriving and departing guests in a proper manner.Communicate and answer all customer questions clearly and professionally.Open car and hotel doors for guests as well as assist with coats and luggage.Offer information about the services and facilities of the hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.Assist guests with special needs or disabilities.Vehicle Handling:Fill out valet ticket properly and conduct vehicle damage checkRetrieve and park vehicles for guests quickly and efficiently.Maintain keys in an organized and secure manner.Appearance and Presentation:Maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance at all times, adhering to AAA Parking's uniform and appearance standards.Ensure the valet area is clean, organized, and inviting.Team Collaboration:Work closely with the hotel staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate valet operations.Support team members during busy periods or special events.Safety and Security:Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the security of guests and their vehicles.Report any accidents, injuries, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.Perform routine inspections of the valet area and equipment.Maintain The AAA's of Service:Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service.Appearance: Impeccable grooming and professional appearance, reflecting the high standards of our clients and AAA Parking.Assistance: A genuine desire to assist guests, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.About AAA Parking:AAA Parking is a family-operated business with 65+ years of experience in the parking industry.
