Learning & Development Trainer

Supports global team development by coordinating training programs, digital learning design, LMS administration, audits, and content curation. Works with senior L& D, SMEs, internal trainers, and external providers to roll out training aligned with operational needs.Key responsibilitiesCo-lead global L& D projects; track milestones and deadlinesCoordinate implementation and adoption of training programs across regionsSupport scheduling, logistics, and communications for in-person and digital trainingAdminister multiple LMS platforms (content upload, reporting, upkeep)Support audits and pull training/compliance data as neededTrack participation, collect feedback, and improve programsIdentify regional training needs and gaps with stakeholdersDesign, curate, and digitize training content with SMEsDeliver training and facilitate workshopsRequirementsTraining delivery methods and adult learning principlesDigital learning design and deliveryQualification tracking / training compliance in an operational settingExperience in a multinational or regionally distributed organizationTraining coordination, HR, or operations support (technical/industrial preferred)Project management and stakeholder management across regions and time zonesLMS experience; Storyline/Rise; strong Excel and PowerPointData, IT infrastructure, or technical services experience preferredStrong communication, EQ, problem-solving, and ability to work independently to deadlinesTalentMatch®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
