Would need to come in once a month to meet in person, otherwise the role is remote. Needed only about 20-30 hours per month. The Financial Controller will oversee and manage all aspects of financial reporting and accounting operations. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, analyzing financial data, supporting strategic decision-making, and collaborating with leadership to optimize financial performance.QualificationsProficiency in Financial Statements and Financial ReportingStrong Analytical Skills with a solid foundation in FinanceExpertise in Accounting best practices and methodologiesExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in an on-site collaborative environmentBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or relevant certification is a plusExperience in the outdoor or hospitality industry preferred but not required
