Their primary responsibility is to support routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and help minimize downtime so our sites can deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Maintenance Technicians play a key role behind the scenes and should always aim to represent the brand by maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and basic repairs on car wash equipmentAssist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues and escalate as neededSupport preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtimeMaintain cleanliness and organization of equipment areas and maintenance spacesMonitor equipment performance and report any issues promptlyAssist with inventory and organization of maintenance supplies and partsFollow all safety procedures and company standardsKey RequirementsBasic mechanical aptitude or interest in maintenance workAbility to learn equipment systems and troubleshooting processesStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable and punctual with flexibility for varying schedulesComfortable working in outdoor environments and around equipmentPrior car wash experience is preferred but not requiredwe provide on-site training to help you succeed.This job description is not intended to be a comprehensive list of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee.
