Why You'll Love This JobPosition OverviewThe Processing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Standard Order Processing and Batch Order Processing teams to ensure all orders are processed accurately, on time, and in alignment with customer and company expectations. This role drives team performance, enforces process standards, and ensures operational efficiency through effective leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee daily workflow across Standard and Batch Order Processing to ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are metMonitor order volume, batch schedules, and capacity to proactively manage workload and staffingEnsure all orders are processed, quality checked, and shipped accurately and within required timelinesLead, coach, and develop Leads and Coordinators to achieve performance expectationsEstablish and enforce accountability for productivity, quality, and communication standards via trackable dataHandle escalated customer issues and ensure timely, professional resolutionPartner with EAMs and cross-functional teams to align on customer expectations and operational requirementsOversee and ensure adherence to quality control processes; identify trends and implement corrective actionsReview and analyze operational reports (Gemba boards, error logs, production metrics) to drive performance improvements.Oversee supply management for processing departmentsIdentify process gaps and implement standardized solutions to improve efficiency and reduce errorsEnsure proper communication and implementation of new processes or changes within the teamSupport staffing decisions, scheduling, and resource planning based on business needsMaintain a strong understanding of company products, systems, and workflowsPerform other duties as assignedLeadership ResponsibilitiesDirectly manage team performance, including coaching, corrective action, and performance evaluationsFoster a team-oriented environment focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementProvide ongoing training and development to build team capability and bench strengthEnsure clear communication of expectations, priorities, and organizational updatesSkills & QualificationsMinimum RequirementsStrong knowledge of order processing and/or batch processing operationsProven leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced operational environmentStrong understanding of quality control processes and workflow managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple competing demandsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and operational systemsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferredPrevious experience in a processing, lead, or training role within the organization preferredISO/FDA regulation knowledge preferredJob Number: 168843
