Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring all equipment is safe and compliant with industry standards. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through timely and efficient service calls and ensuring our clients’ satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics on aerial bucket lifts to ensure they meet safety and performance standards. Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on aerial bucket lifts, including boom lifts, scissor lifts, and telescopic lifts. Service Calls: Respond to service calls from clients to address equipment issues promptly and efficiently. Also, provide on-site repairs as needed. Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan and reliability of aerial bucket lifts. Safety Compliance: Ensure all serviced equipment complies with safety regulations and industry standards. Documentation: Maintain accurate service records, parts inventory, and equipment documentation. Complete service reports and log work performed. Customer Communication: The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with customers to explain service procedures, discuss necessary repairs, and provide estimates. Parts Ordering: Identify replacement parts and components as needed, and place orders to ensure the availability of required parts for repairs. Equipment Testing: Conduct functional and load tests on repaired equipment to ensure proper operation and safety. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience servicing and repairing aerial lift equipment, including boom lifts, scissor lifts, and telescopic lifts. Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards for aerial lift equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.
