Process Validation Engineer

Role : Process Validation EngineerLocation : Rensselaer, NYDuration : Long TermResponsibilities:Develop and execute validation processes and studies for fill finish operations, including aseptic processing, in compliance with established procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.Perform technical qualification of existing and new equipment related to fill finish processes.Supervise routine repair and maintenance activities, including major shutdowns.Requirements:Relevant experience in process validation within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically related to fill finish and aseptic processing.Familiarity with autoclave variable load systems (nice to have but not required).Aseptic processing in fill finish (nice to have but not required)Strong understanding of FDA regulations for commissioning, validation, and lifecycle management of GMP equipment and systems.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a high-stress, floor-based role.Cultural fit: Humble, respectful, and smart; works well with others.
