Accounts Payable/Bookkeeper

Outcome HC - Outcome Healthcare is seeking a detailed and organized Accounts Payable/Bookkeeper to join our growing team! This role requires close collaboration with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll (PR) to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Responsibilities:Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, recording, and paying accounts payable data.Perform multi-location credit card allocations.Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.Execute monthly and quarterly book closings, working with AP, AR, and PR teams to meet deadlines.Review financial books for accuracy, identify errors, and make necessary adjustments.Assisting in year-end audits & reporting.Qualifications:Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Requirements and Skills:Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to complete a high volume of work within deadlines.Excellent organizational and time management skills.
