Sales Development Represenative Summary C&D Brewing Ventures located in State College, PA is looking for a motivated & accomplished sales professional to represent our family of companies: Otto’s Pub & Brewery, Otto’s Soda Shop, and Barrel 21 Distillery. Must be attentive to details with outstanding follow-through. Proficient in maintaining sales accounts, building relationships, negotiating sales deals, and closing sales. Job Description Foster a relationship with our existing wholesale distributing companies, and build relationships with their team Generate new wholesale accounts in assigned territories Generate ideas & implement strategies to increase the market share Work independently and with onsite sales team to identify and cultivate new accounts Effectively communicate and propose new ideas with the team based on the market & sales trends Willing/able to make cold calls & engage with clientele Submit regular reports Understanding of all products sold Familiar with the Beverage Industry Job Requirements 21+ years High School Graduate. Bachelor Degree preferred Competent with most basic computer programs Compensation Package Must be able to work a varied schedule & hours 45+ hours/week Salary based on experience; $42k-$52k Health Benefits Pd.
