Job Description
We are looking for a responsible, reliable, punctual, and hardworking individual to join our landscaping team as an Office Assistant/Clerk.This is a full-time, stable position with long-term opportunity and room for growth within the company. Key Responsibilities:Communication & Front Desk: Answer incoming calls efficiently Respond to emails promptly Office & Inventory Management: Keep office and kitchen supplies organized and stocked Track inventory and provide the office manager with an order list as needed Administrative Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks and data entry Support invoicing, bill collection, and receipt management Employee & Payroll Support: Assist field employees with questions Support payroll tasks Maintain employee files and other records Skills & Qualifications: Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, and email Extremely clean and organizedAbility to multitask and work in a team environment Professional attitude and strong work ethic Previous office experience is a plus, but not required
