POSITION: Director of Sales - HospitalityLOCATION: USA - Remote – Fulltime at Milestone Inc. Milestone platform was recognized with Adrian Award’s Best Technology Platform in the hospitality industry in 2022.As a Director of Sales at Milestone, you will:Connect with senior digital executives in hospitality to understand their needs and challenges and present solutions using Milestone product portfolio.Build, lead and grow your own book of business, selling to senior and C-level executives at hotels, management companies, independent hotel groups, and hotel chains the full portfolio of Milestone software and service solutions.Drive significant growth in a designated geographic territory for both new and existing business, achieving, or exceeding individual quota.Pipeline development through a combination of strategic account prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, conferences, and internal SDR lead generation support from hotel & hospitality-based companies.Build and track all opportunities in the company Salesforce systemManage the end-to-end sales process by partnering with Sales Engineers, Product Team, Executives, Centers of Excellence, Customer Success, etc.Provide ongoing customer feedback to the company Product and Marketing teams designed to improve solutions offerings.Represent the company in a business closing role at appropriate industry conferences and trade shows.With some assistance be able to build customized sales presentations, respond quickly to RFI/RFPs, and write final contract for customer sign-off.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSConsultative sales experience selling to senior executives in hospitalityProven track record of hitting sales targets and quotas and exceeding the numbersFamiliar with digital marketing – CMS, Websites, SEO, Paid, AnalyticsUse of Salesforce or equivalent CRM softwareCommunicate effectively across departments particularly once a deal is closed and transferring details to the Onboarding TeamCreative, flexible and a team playerAbility to communicate professionally and effectively in person/phoneFlexible to travelMinimum 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in hospitalityCommitment to high standards and adherence to company policyPERKS AND BENEFITSGreat place to learn with phenomenal growth opportunityStable and rapidly growing companyOpportunity to work with a fun, amazing and talented teamBonus initiatives offeredExciting and innovative remote work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
