Commercial HVAC Install Lead

Job Description Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Install Lead for their Big Flats, NY location. Isaac partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company. ResponsibilitiesPartner with field supervisors, project managers, and team members to lead commercial HVAC projectsPerform installation of commercial HVAC, boiler piping, and refrigeration equipmentDevelop basic knowledge of commercial and mechanical piping and ductworkResponsible for installation of ductwork and other related materialsSafely operate hand tools, power tools, generators and other equipment as required by the job Job qualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 5-10 years of Commercial HVAC experience preferredEPA Universal and OSHA 10-hour Certificate preferredValid drivers license with acceptable driving recordBasic math skills  CompetenciesExcellent written, verbal and active listening skillsExceptional customer service skillsTechnical knowledgeStrong organizational skillsAbility to work individually and as part of a teamCustomer focusedProblem solving skillsWhat can we offer you?Competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401k retirement plan with company matchPaid vacation and sick timeTool and uniform allowances The starting hourly base wage for this position is $35-40 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position.
