They foster a collaborative environment where engineers can thrive and make a significant impact on the product and its users.What You Will DoDesign, build, and maintain robust backend services and APIs that power essential product functionality.Collaborate with forward-deployed engineers to deliver technical solutions directly to customers, translating complex requirements into reliable software.Support solutions and integrations work, diagnosing and resolving technical challenges across the stack.Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code that meets high performance and maintainability standards.Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to enhance the overall engineering process.Contribute to improving internal tooling and engineering best practices to streamline workflows.Ideal Candidate Background2–5 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong backend focus.Proven experience designing and building server-side systems, RESTful or GraphQL APIs, and scalable data services.Comfort working across the backend stack, including databases, data modeling, and service architecture.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, particularly in production or customer-facing environments.Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.PreferredExperience in roles that require direct collaboration with customers or solutions teams.Demonstrated ability to own features from concept to production, with a focus on business impact.Interest in AI technologies and their application in real-world scenarios.Compensation and BenefitsBase salary ranges from $130,000 to $220,000, commensurate with experience and role scope.
