Junior Project Manager

We’re Hiring: Project Manager / EstimatorLocation: South San FranciscoAmador’s Drywall, Inc. is a trusted Drywall & Metal framing contractor with over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial projects throughout the Bay Area. We are licensed, insured, and bonded (C-9 & B License) WE are committed to delivering quality, safety, and innovation on every project.We are looking for a Project Manager / Estimator to join our team and play a key role in managing projects from bid to completion.Responsibilities:Estimate labor, materials, equipment, and project risks with accuracy.Review construction documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed bids.Manage projects through all phases—ensuring they are delivered safely, on budget, and on time.Oversee billing, invoicing, and project cost management.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and general contractors.Supervise in-house crews, ensuring quality control and safety compliance.Manage change orders, budgets, reports, and project closeouts.Represent Amador’s Drywall at site walks and client meetings.Requirements:3+ years’ experience in residential and commercial construction (metal framing & drywall).Strong knowledge of construction codes, processes, and systems.Proficiency in reading blueprints, estimating takeoffs, and construction methods.Strong computer skills; experience with BuilderTrend is a plus.Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly preferred.Valid CA Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check.OSHA 30 and CPR certification preferred.Why Join Us:Be part of a company with a 20+ year reputation for excellence in the Bay Area.Work on exciting residential and commercial projects of all sizes.Collaborative and supportive team environment.Opportunities for growth and leadership.> Send your resume to: amadordrywalloffice@gmail.com
