Are you?About The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Associate, Supplier Relationship Management on the Global Supply Chain & Logistics team to help us expand what’s possible for patients with serious diseases. Reporting to the Senior Director, Supplier Relationship Management, you’ll partner closely with Commercial and Clinical Supply Chain with responsibilities including supporting supplier management in key performance metric generation, develop dashboard analytics, support sourcing management process, cost analysis modeling, and contract management monitoring.What You'll DoIn this role, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with internal cross-functional stakeholders across disciplines of Manufacturing, CMC, Quality, Legal, Regulatory, Procurement and Finance, and interactions with external parties. The ideal candidate would be a strong collaborator, self-motivated, curious, and able to creativity problem-solve. You’ll also:Support supplier selection strategies, including supplier identification, evaluation and selectionPrepare and manage request for information and proposals and related bid analysisCommunicate and present in group settingAnalytical skills to examine pricing scenarios and cost breakdownsFacilitate review of contracts, and implementation of contracts into the contract management systemDevelop presentation content, coordinate drafting of reports, and edit documents for preparation of business development activitiesPrepare key performance metrics for dashboards and monitor supplier performanceAssist with improving metric generation process and dashboard outputsSupport adherence to procurement policies, standards and guidelinesLiaison with Legal group to ensure negotiated details are achievedBuild and foster relationships with external suppliers particularly in contract manufacturing (CMO) environmentWho You AreYou have a Bachelor’s Degree along with 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing.You Are Or You Also HaveFamiliarity with sourcing and procurement procedures and technologiesStrength in business intelligence toolsCritical reasoning skillsAnalytical skills with data, perform benchmarking, and financial modelsAbility to operate independently and in a cross-functional team environment.Proactive, independent, self-starter personalityCollaborative skills in an entrepreneurial, growth organizationExecute tasks timelyAbility to interact and effectively communicateMust successfully exhibit Insmed’s five (5) core corporate competencies of: Collaboration, Accountability, Passion, Respect, and IntegrityNice To Have (but Not Required)Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Life Sciences industry is desirableWhere You’ll Work This is a hybrid role based out of our Bridgewater, NJ office.
