You will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses, as well as providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for eye care and enjoy helping others improve their vision, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Sell amazing eyeglasses to amazing customers - Provide top-flight customer service - Take accurate eyeglasses measurements to ensure proper fit - Educate customers on lens options - Adjust frames - Sell contact lens - Process glasses and contact lens orders - Maintain eyeglasses inventory Requirements: - Optician Experience - Strong knowledge of frames, lenses, and contact lenses - Familiarity with eye care related billing (VSP, EyeMed) - Proficiency in using optical software systems (e.g., REV is a plus) - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Experience working with diverse populations We offer competitive pay based on experience.
